This notice describes contact information and website use associated with sugarhrservice.com, the SugarHR Help Center. The payroll product reached through payslip.sugarhr.com is a separate service journey and should be reviewed using the information provided there.

Information supplied through the short form

The help-center form asks for a name or company name, an email address and an optional WhatsApp number. The purpose is to help the team follow up about getting started. The form does not request employee salary data, payroll attachments, passwords or identity documents.

Providing a WhatsApp number is optional. It identifies a possible contact route; it is not a request for payslip delivery through WhatsApp or automatic enrollment in ongoing marketing.

Website and search information

The service may need limited technical and anti-abuse information to operate the site and protect forms. Search usage should be summarized without turning personal contact details or sensitive free-text entries into public recommendations. The specific analytics and cookie services enabled on the live site must be disclosed in the applicable notices.

Use and access

Contact details are used for the stated service purpose and should be available only to authorized people who need them. Necessary hosting, email or other service providers may process information for those tasks under the arrangements applicable to the deployed service.
