Workflow Guides
Check employee mapping and payslip previews before sending
Compare individual statement previews with the approved payroll, including difficult recipient and presentation cases, before a live send.
Before you start
Identify the authorized account, the employer and pay period, and the person who owns the input data. Use controlled sample information for a first test. Check the current account and supported interface where a setting matters; supplied older images illustrate a workflow, not every available configuration.
Steps
-
Select same-name staff, a changed address and an unusual pay structure where relevant.
-
Confirm the intended person, actual recipient address, employer and pay period for each sample.
-
Check required pay components and the relationship of amounts to the approved file.
-
Compare internal-only and zero-value fields with the employee-visible list the employer needs.
-
Confirm that demonstration recipients and figures have not entered the intended live list.
-
Record unresolved exceptions, correction owners and the final authorization to release.
Check the result
Record unresolved exceptions, correction owners and the final authorization to release. Keep the observed result and any unresolved condition with the relevant account, period and record reference. A completed screen should not be used to claim a different event.
If something goes wrong
Default simplification does not prove every internal column is hidden as intended. If a zero item or a chosen field is essential, verify the actual current preview instead of promising an older screenshot's settings.
