Standard Answers
What should we check if an employee does not receive the payslip email?
Check the recipient address, delivery record and spam folder before resending the same payslip.
How to apply the answer
Start from the original account, period, batch and intended recipient. Check that the stored address is valid, inspect available delivery or opening information and ask the recipient to check spam.
If the message arrived but the statement does not open, preserve the actual error and device context. That is a different failure from an invalid email address. Avoid repeatedly rebuilding the batch before understanding the existing record.
Use the supported resend route after checking the cause. If support is needed, provide the record reference through an appropriate private channel, not a public copy of personal pay details. Resolving one access route does not prove a different route was repaired.

What should we check when an email is missing?
Find the correct account, period and batch, validate the address, inspect delivery and opening information and ask the employee to check spam. Retry the appropriate record only after checking the cause. Preserve the error and time if further investigation is needed.
