Standard Answers
How can we correct and resend an issued payslip?
Identify the affected record, follow the supported correction workflow, and retain the link between versions.
How to apply the answer
First identify whether the error concerns an amount, person, address, period or presentation, and establish the record's current state. An opened statement and an acknowledged one are not interchangeable.
Follow the currently supported recall, void or correction process, correct the approved source where necessary, preview the replacement and deliver it to the intended person. Verify any restrictions before relying on an acknowledged-record change.
Keep the original, the reason for the correction, and the replacement traceable. Recalling access does not delete screenshots or other copies already saved by the unintended recipient.
Related questions
How should an incorrect amount, recipient or version be corrected?
Identify the affected employee and original batch, then check its current state. Use the supported void, recall or correction process, preview the approved replacement and retain its relationship to the original. Verify restrictions for acknowledged records instead of promising an invisible rollback.
